Hot Lunches
We are excited to share that the Parent Council will be running the Hot Lunch Program again this year! Hot Lunch will be offered weekly on Fridays, beginning in October.
Orders can be placed at hotlunches.net using the access code 2526HL. Once your account is created, simply add your child(ren) and select their homeroom.
Ordering is available from the 1st to the 15th of each month for the month following month. Any incomplete orders are automatically removed from the system at midnight on the 15th.
Absent on Hot Lunch Day?
If your child is away on Hot Lunch Day, you are welcome to pick up the lunch after 12:30 p.m. Please notify the school before 11:00 a.m. if you plan to do so. Unclaimed lunches will be donated.
Unfortunately, they are unable to provide refunds.
Volunteering
Volunteer opportunities for the 2025 - 2026 WHPS Hot Lunch Program are open. Each Hot Lunch day requires five volunteers, including both experienced and new helpers. Veteran volunteers will lead by providing training guidance and support.
The volunteer commitment is approximately two hours. Please arrive promptly at 10:30 a.m. Delivery and clean-up are typically completed by 12:30 p.m. You are welcome to bring your non-school aged children with you.
